To maintain server security and whitelisting, we collect specific data points automatically when you connect to our services:

• Identifiers: Steam Hex ID, Discord User ID, Rockstar License ID, and IP Address.
• Gameplay Data: In-game character data, inventory logs, chat logs, and connection history.
• Communication: Messages sent within our Discord server and in-game text chats.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as credit card numbers directly. All payments (donations) are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Tebex).

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for server administration and gameplay enhancement:

• Whitelisting: Verifying your identity to allow access to the server.
• Moderation: Investigating rule breaks, bans, and disputes using logs.
• Performance: Analyzing server metrics to improve stability and reduce lag.
• Security: Preventing DDoS attacks, ban evasion, and unauthorized access.

4. Donations & Payments

AxtCity uses third-party platforms (e.g., Tebex) for handling server donations and "Priority Queue" purchases. We do not store your payment details. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of the payment processor for details on how your financial data is handled.

Note: All donations are final and non-refundable. Donating does not grant immunity from server rules.

Our services rely on external platforms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:

• FiveM (Cfx.re): The platform we use to host our server.
• Discord: Used for community communication and whitelisting.
• Steam: Used for authentication.
