1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AxtCity Roleplay server ("Service"), website, or Discord community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to access or play on AxtCity Roleplay. Users found to be under this age limit will be removed from the community immediately to comply with platform guidelines and content maturity standards.

3. Virtual Goods & Donations

AxtCity may offer virtual goods (e.g., priority queue, cosmetics) in exchange for donations to support server costs.

• No Refunds: All donations are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our community and all affiliated Tebex stores.
• No Ownership: You do not own virtual items; you are paying for a limited license to use them within our server.
• No Immunity: Donating does not grant immunity from server rules. You can still be banned for rule violations, and no refund will be issued.

4. User Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or Server Rules.

Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Using cheats, exploits, or third-party software.
• Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
• Advertising other communities.

5. User Generated Content

By creating content (screenshots, videos, streams) within AxtCity, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional purposes (e.g., website galleries, trailers) without compensation.

6. Disclaimer & Affiliation

AxtCity Roleplay is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries.

"Grand Theft Auto V" and "FiveM" are trademarks of their respective owners.
